January 21, 2019 Today's schedule is the Teaching Assistant but the schedule is canceled
because it is a national holiday today because the government estimates that the rain will
drop throughout the day, so schools from elementary, junior high and middle schools start,
but in fact on the day it didn't rain but it was a very sunny day even though it was raining but
it was only for a while and also not heavy. Today we make paper all day and today we take
photos at St. University. Paul Surigao and buy food at one of the most delicious foods,
Mang Inasal. This eating place is the most similar to Indonesian cuisine even though only
grilled chicken is different from other foods.

But today I met with Teachers who Work Together. I discussed what material I wanted to
convey during teaching practice and which class to use as a place for me to practice.
And I got material to practice teaching two topics, namely about the Reproductive System and
Heredity. The place where I practice teaching is in the 10th grade of Mere Marie Michaeclu
(MMM). I visited the 10th grade MMM class on the second floor while the 10th grade PLC
(Science class) on the third floor and Sandy my friend were placed in this science class.
After that we were told to make lesson plans on the topic of Reproductive and
Hereditary Systems in the format of our country, Indonesia.

middle and high school children while for elementary school children located in the junior
high school hall. This activity starts at 8 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. After the prayer activities were
completed, the committee prepared everything to start an art stage competition for elementary
school children. On the event there is also a typical Filipino culinary bazaar held in front of
the middle school building, culinary items sold are shamans, burgers, chicken nuggets and
more. Art shows for elementary school children starting at 2:00 a.m., anime-themed art
performances (fiction from Japan), there are themes such as Naruto, One Piece, Pokemon,
Slamdunk, X-Hunter and others. But we did not attend the program until it was finished and
did not know which class was won because we went to buy food.

bazaars are still available, today we only make lesson plans provided by our mentors which
are around reproduction system. We also occasionally buy snacks sold on the market
such as takuyaki, grilled chicken, dumplings, lemon squesh, and others. Volleyball and
basketball matches take place until 10:00a.m.

January 25, 2019 today are still in University Celebration conditions but today starts the appearance of junior high school students with the theme "Save Eart" or "Global Warming".

The performances of the participants were amazing with their cohesiveness and harmony
with the theme. By the way, this competition is in the form of group dances, more specifically
modern dance, the team is divided into four groups, namely class 7 is green, class 8 is yellow,
class 9 is red and class 10 is blue. Various dances were displayed by the participants and all
of them were amazing, some of them wore Super Mario costumes, and others with their
class color costumes. On this occasion I was not present until the end so we did not know who
won the race because we bought more food from the school environment and the activities also
entered the time of Maghrib and Isha.

basketball competitions. On this day we were invited to walk by our friend Novita, Sandy
Stella and Carm to a place to eat on the seafront. There we eat seafood, which is grilled tuna
and fried shrimp, this is the first time eating seafood in the Philippines so far, only eating fried
and grilled chicken every day and finding different foods than usual. This place is really by
the sea with strong winds and rather large waves accompany us to eat.
This food makes us really want to eat because it feels like looking for a new life.
After finishing eating, we were invited to another place, but still in the nuances of the seafront
there we took photos and saw Balinese snacks, Balut. Balut is a boiled duck egg but the
egg is already in the duck embryo so when the egg is opened it has seen a growing fetus.
My friend Sandy was brave enough to take part in the Balut meal, and he said that the dressing
was delicious and it only tastes like salted eggs but tastes better than salted eggs.
After seeing extreme food we returned to the SPUS because it was too late, but before
going home we stopped by first to buy food and food purchased, which is grilled chicken

assignment we go to the printing press to print lesson plans, places to printing a lesson plan
far enough from the school, more precisely that it was close to the main campus, we were
there with a student friend, before printing the lesson plan we went to a shop that sold
stationery to buy books, pens, and so on. After we finished buying the equipment,
we just went to the printing press, after arriving there we met with the local Muslim population
and we talked with these Muslims, after finishing printing the lesson plan, we took the time to
buy snacks around the park Luneta, dukun, ball fish, and others. We returned from Luneta park
